Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Bulgaria)

What you will do

• Facilitate workshops with CRM, Risk, EDP/reporting, Markets, and business stakeholders.
• Document reporting requirements, business rules, KPIs, and key decisions.
• Build and maintain an inventory of reports and products affected by CRM changes.
• Secure formal sign-off from reporting owners and business stakeholders on outcomes.
• Maintain a traceability matrix from CRM decisions to reporting impacts and sign-off.
• Produce deliverables including reporting requirements packs, impact assessments, and inputs for SIT/UAT testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria
• Strong experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to translate business process changes into technical reporting requirements.
• Deep understanding of management reporting, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Ability to collaborate across business, CRM, risk, data, and reporting teams.
• Proficiency in creating clear documentation, decision logs, and sign-off packs.
