What you will do

• Analyze market trends, customer performance, and mobility industry insights.
• Conduct competitor research and market development analysis using modern AI tools.
• Support Account Managers with commercial insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor customer contracts, renewals, billing, and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze transaction data across parking, charging, fuel, and tolling products.
• Improve CRM data quality, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills for interpreting large datasets.
• Experience using AI tools and modern analytics solutions to improve reporting and workflows.
• Professional experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data to business stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
