What you will do

• Build and maintain the organic growth automation pipeline from signal ingestion to CMS deployment.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategies into detailed technical specifications for the build team.
• Monitor LLM visibility across priority topics and automate alerting and response workflows.
• Automate structured content brief generation using competitive gaps and search signals.
• QA AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO/AEO compliance.
• Define and codify content rules and standards for organic growth agents.

Requirements

• 3+ years in SEO with strong technical knowledge of crawling, indexing, and ranking.
• Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and LLM visibility concepts.
• Experience with CMS and automated content deployment workflows.
• Strong systems thinking to map complex content workflows as triggers and actions.
• Ability to interpret organic performance data to optimize AI agents.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and employment.

• Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content automation.
• Familiarity with LLM visibility tracking or competitive intelligence platforms.
• Background in regulated industries with complex content compliance.
