What you will do

• Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a comprehensive caseload ranging from mild to severe mental health needs.
• Utilize the Lyra platform for scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation.
• Engage in measurement-based care and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical consultation teams for ongoing professional support.
• Maintain high standards of risk management and crisis response.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Must hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (independent practice level).
• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Must have office space to see clients in the New York area.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Ability to manage clinical crises and risk effectively.
