What you will do

• Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases with precision.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to align business needs with technical delivery.
• Apply UX/UI principles to ensure solutions are user-centered.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and technical counterparts.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the analysis and documentation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
• Fluency in French (B2 minimum) and English (B2 minimum).
• Must be based in Portugal with valid work authorization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a consulting environment.
• Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
