Price & Promotion Senior Analytic Consultant (FMCG): Supporting FMCG manufacturers in optimizing pricing and promotion strategies with an accent on revenue and profitability impact. Focus on managing end-to-end RGM projects and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal). Must be based in Lisbon or able to work from the Lisbon office at least one day per week.

Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 yearly

What you will do

• Optimize pricing and promotion strategies for FMCG clients, primarily targeting the DACH region.
• Manage RGM projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines and internal expert coordination.
• Partner with commercial and executive client teams to support decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Translate complex FMCG business needs into tailored RGM outputs for various stakeholders.
• Develop business-focused presentations and narratives using NIQ data, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deliver insights and recommendations during formal and informal client meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FMCG, specifically within Revenue Growth Management or Category Management.
• Strong expertise in pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build business narratives from numerical data.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or other European languages.
• Experience working with Power BI.
