What you will do

• Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and dashboard specifications.
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Define and govern KPIs and business metrics, maintaining a reliable metrics dictionary.
• Perform exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights and present findings through clear data storytelling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Specialist.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, Power Query).
• English: Advanced communication skills (written, read, and listening).
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling, Star Schema, and metadata management.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, supply chain, or logistics analytics.
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or related BI tools.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
