What you will do

• Lead on-site and remote implementations of the NetMenu platform for back-of-house food production operations in healthcare and higher education environments.
• Deliver training to kitchen and food service teams on inventory management, retail menu operations, purchasing and receiving, and requisitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate NetMenu into food production and kitchen operations across campuses and sites.
• Maintain implementation documentation, including agendas, status reports, and implementation plans.
• Drive project delivery to meet revenue and billable utilization goals through strong client satisfaction.
• Build expertise in NetMenu and related hirify.global systems to serve as the go-to SME for item and recipe management implementations.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in back-of-house kitchen operations within a healthcare or higher education setting, or a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of food production operations: inventory management, retail menu operations, purchasing and receiving, and requisitions across campuses or sites.
• In-depth knowledge of item and recipe creation, including production recipes, yield testing, and standardized recipe management.
• Strong experience with relevant systems and the ability to train and present effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel is required (typically 50%–75%, primarily Monday–Thursday).
