What you will do

• Develop configuration management plans, implementation strategies, baseline controls, and release readiness criteria.
• Lead configuration management activities and keep baselines, technical documentation, and logistics data accurate and current.
• Coordinate configuration changes across engineering, logistics, supply, and program management stakeholders.
• Maintain configuration status accounting and ensure approved changes are reflected across relevant systems and records.
• Organize schedules, review work orders, establish priorities, and manage workflow across organizational units.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance.
• At least five years of configuration management experience, preferably on large enterprise system implementation or integration projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Product Support elements and U.S. Department of Defense software development policies and artifacts.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, configuration status accounting, or provisioning.
• Experience with PLM applications such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena, Oracle PLM, or Enovia.
