What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the design system and frontend platform.
• Develop scalable, composable building blocks and consistent APIs to support modern and AI-powered experiences.
• Lead global initiatives for accessibility, internationalization, and localization to ensure inclusive user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to enhance developer productivity and customer experience.
• Drive adoption of design system enhancements through effective communication, documentation, and change management.
• Balance long-term scalability with immediate business needs through cross-functional prioritization.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of product management experience owning a design system, frontend platform, or developer platform.
• Deep understanding of component libraries, design tokens, and frontend architecture.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical value to leadership.
• Systems-thinking mindset to evaluate how platform decisions impact multiple products.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
