What you will do

• Build and lead the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team and manage external vendor partnerships.
• Oversee crisis management, incident response, and resiliency planning to ensure global emergency readiness.
• Translate global security strategy into actionable procedures covering physical, executive, travel, and operational security.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Real Estate teams on global site expansions and security infrastructure implementation.
• Standardize site security measures including access control, CCTV, and guard forces across the global footprint.
• Serve as the senior liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies for regional incidents.

Requirements

• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, engineering, or business administration
• Over 15 years of progressively responsible security leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
• Eligibility for high-level U.S. security clearance
• Experience with global regulatory frameworks
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field
• PSP, CPP, or equivalent professional security certifications
