What you will do

• Own the ticket queue and resolve daily IT issues to ensure employee productivity.
• Lead IT projects, including the rollout of upgrades and new technologies.
• Maintain and improve the local IT environment at the Utrecht office.
• Administer core applications including Okta, Atlassian, Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Google Workspace.
• Manage and support both Mac and Windows hardware environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proven experience administering Okta, Atlassian, Azure/Intune, or Google Workspace.
• Confidence in managing both Mac and Windows hardware.
• Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must be based in the Netherlands with existing work authorization.

• Valid driver's licence for occasional travel.
