What you will do

• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot network hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Manage and address issues related to on-prem infrastructure (Hypervisor, Storage, Networks) and Cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
• Provide on-site support to Tier 3 teams to resolve data center (DC) issues.
• Document support requests and ensure computer operating systems and software are updated.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a computer-centered discipline (Bachelor's degree strongly preferred).
• Proven experience as a desktop support technician or in an equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting principles for Windows and Mac laptops, OS, and desktop applications.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Gouda, Netherlands.
