Psychiatrist - 1099 Contractor - Lewes, Delaware

Location: Hybrid in Lewes, Delaware, United States; full-time US residency required. Office space in the Lewes area is required for seeing clients, with preference for providers offering in-person care.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric treatment through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health risk assessments, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Manage psychiatric medications, prescribe appropriately, and document treatment recommendations.
• Build patient-centered treatment plans using clinical best-practice guidelines, including measurement-based care.
• Message patients and coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.

Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state medical license.
• Ability to treat patients across a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Office space with the ability to see clients in the Lewes area.
