Primary Care Physician (Part-Time)

Location: Texas, US; hybrid work with monthly travel for 2–3 consecutive days to onsite employer clinics in Bastrop and McGregor, Texas.

Salary: $140/hour for regular hours and $150/hour for premium hours.

What you will do

• Provide preventive and chronic care through hirify.global’s proprietary clinician-patient platform.
• Manage complex conditions including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health needs.
• Deliver personalized digital care and shared decision-making to a diverse patient population.
• Travel monthly to provide care at onsite employer health clinics.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to solve patient problems efficiently and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience in chronic care and primary care.
• Active board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Texas medical licensure or the ability to obtain a Texas license by the start date.
• Comfort with basic procedural skills and technology-enabled virtual care.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and lift or carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including understanding cultural nuances for native Spanish-speaking patients.
• Interest in innovative, evidence-based models of care and digital-first healthcare.
