Occupational Therapist

Location: Fully remote within the United States; active U.S. license or certification required

Salary: $75–$340 per case, depending on case complexity. Most cases take 1–3 hours.

What you will do

• Conduct independent remote case reviews evaluating medical necessity, appropriateness, and quality of care.
• Prepare evidence-based assessments and written determinations using established clinical guidelines and review criteria.
• Review utilization review cases, appeals and hearings, and quality-of-care or standard-of-care concerns.
• Maintain clinical integrity, neutrality, and objectivity throughout the review process.
• Work independently in a secure remote environment and meet turnaround deadlines.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. occupational therapy license or certification required.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients for an average of at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to review cases objectively and work at a computer for extended periods.
