What you will do

• Advise General Counsel, CLOs, and Legal Operations leaders on legal innovation and AI-driven contract intelligence.
• Lead executive workshops and briefings on governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering to drive strategic enterprise opportunities and revenue growth.
• Influence product strategy and AI roadmap priorities based on market and customer insights.
• Develop compelling business cases and ROI models demonstrating the impact of contract intelligence.
• Represent the organization as a legal thought leader at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Law degree; active or previous legal practice experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise software, or corporate legal environments.
• Deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), governance, and risk management.
• Proven ability to engage and advise C-suite legal stakeholders on complex business challenges.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect legal initiatives to business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA and internationally.
