What you will do

• Own the end-to-end disputes strategy, managing pre-action correspondence, litigation, negotiations, and settlements.
• Lead responses to regulatory investigations, enforcement activities, and information requests.
• Advise on the regulatory landscape for medicinal products and medical devices, including licensing and pharmacovigilance.
• Provide practical employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
• Develop dispute playbooks, escalation pathways, and e-discovery readiness to build institutional resilience.
• Deliver in-house legal training and self-serve guidance to reduce operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• 2+ years of relevant contentious and/or regulatory experience.
• Hands-on experience advising on life sciences regulation, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices.
• Strong capability in employment law.
• Genuine interest in using technology and AI to scale legal functions.
