What you will do

• Optimize live events, offers, game economy, progression systems, and difficulty curves.
• Formulate hypotheses and execute A/B tests to translate data-driven insights into player experience enhancements.
• Analyze player data using SQL to identify opportunities for improving monetization and retention.
• Translate product strategy into clear priorities, success metrics, and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Collaborate with economy designers and data analysts to build frameworks for system tuning and scenario planning.
• Benchmark market trends and emerging practices to bring creative opportunities to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a PM on live F2P games, specifically in live-ops and game systems.
• Proven track record of driving game impact through economy tuning and live-ops management.
• Deep understanding of F2P economies, core level difficulty, and game systems.
• Ability to independently query and analyze data using SQL and analytics tools.
• Strong skills in hypothesis formulation and statistical concepts for A/B testing.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona or Helsinki.
