Analyst, Planning Excellence (Anaplan) (Finance): Designing and implementing standardized Anaplan planning models to drive financial stability and growth across multiple brands with an accent on driver-based planning and P&L/FCF structure. Focus on building scalable frameworks, solving reporting gaps, and supporting regional finance teams through UAT and documentation.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany). Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin (attendance required 2 days a week).

What you will do

• Design driver-based planning templates aligned with the company’s P&L and FCF structure.
• Create standardized planning frameworks that accommodate distinct brand nuances while enabling group-level standardization.
• Analyze P&L and FCF drivers and identify financial reporting gaps affecting planning models.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides for regional finance teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting brands through Anaplan User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A or financial planning roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying or configuring planning tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, or Pigment.
• Strong expertise in P&L & FCF modelling, including cost allocation, working capital, and unit economics.
• Experience in complex organizations with multiple revenue streams (e.g., marketplace, SaaS, retail).
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences and collaborate across time zones.
