What you will do

• Act as the Finance owner of the Retail P&L, partnering with leadership to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor operational performance and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and disciplined management of operating expenses.
• Support retail expansion, store openings, and investment cases through financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
