Senior Manager Retail Finance

What you will do

• Own the Retail P&L and partner with Retail leadership to drive financial performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance management, and financial modeling.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and define corrective actions.
• Develop financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for fact-based decision-making.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, operating expense and investment management, working capital, inventory performance, and cash flow.
• Support retail expansion, store openings, relocations, and investment cases while coordinating with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
