Growth Product Manager, Listing Campaign (Web3)

Location: Singapore (Must have current right to work; no visa sponsorship provided)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of product features, from requirement grooming and UI/UX reviews to QA and launch.
• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing and token-listing campaigns, including new-token Staking.
• Design and iterate growth mechanics to increase trading volume across spot, perpetuals, and TradFi asset categories.
• Build and maintain channel attribution models to analyze ROI and user segmentation.
• Monitor real-time data and conversion funnels during launches to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or campaign operations.
• Experience with trading or fintech products.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Solid understanding of spot, derivatives, and TradFi trading products.
• Current right to work in Singapore is required
