Product Manager, Payments (Fintech)

What you will do

• Discover, design, develop, and launch customer-centric payment products and growth opportunities.
• Manage banking partner integrations, payment schemes, and regional payment initiatives.
• Write product specifications, user stories, and mockups using Notion, Figma, and Whimsical.
• Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization.
• Coordinate product execution across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, and Leadership.
• Collaborate with developers to design and conduct user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience specifically in the payments sector.
• Proven experience delivering measurable results for users and the business.
• Ability to read and write API documentation and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of product funnels, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Independent, proactive approach with a practical, hands-on mindset.
