Location: Hong Kong (Work-from-home arrangement available, depending on the business team)

What you will do
- Lead the full product lifecycle for equities and TradFi trading products, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Drive enhancements for traditional financial instruments integrated into the Binance ecosystem.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and the company's vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing.
- Analyze market data and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize product KPIs.
- Ensure product compliance by staying updated on regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in the TradFi industry.
- Strong knowledge of traditional financial markets, specifically Stocks and ETFs.
- Experience working with stock exchanges or trading platforms.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Must be based in Hong Kong.
