Location: Onsite in Redcar, United Kingdom (Required to be based on site for 100% of working hours)

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum

What you will do

• Maintain the overall operation, safety, and cleanliness of the site compound.
• Coordinate daily site logistics, utilities management, and maintenance tasks.
• Supervise the security team, cleaning staff, and site labourers.
• Manage the site Access Control System.
• Perform office administration including supplies, filing, travel organization, and documentation storage.
• Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager and manage visitor relations and catering.

Requirements

• Strong experience in construction site facilities management.
• Previous experience in Office Management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Redcar.
