What you will do

• Design and implement assigned ICT technologies and handle software deployment.
• Manage data center operations to ensure the availability of critical business processes.
• Process request, incident, change, and problem tickets.
• Implement and maintain technical solutions independently or as part of a team.
• Perform on-call duties, focusing on independent troubleshooting of incidents and errors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with CVAD, Citrix Netscaler, DaaS, PVS, and MCS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Remote Desktop Services.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and Microsoft AVD.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) required.
• German: Upper Intermediate (B2) required.
• Location: Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware vSphere.
• Experience with FSLogix.
