Salary: Base salary not lower than €1,850 brutto plus variable part.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and maintain a stable technical infrastructure for the Enterprise Cloud platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex 3rd level tickets and incidents.
• Investigate root causes of complex infrastructure incidents and initiate corrective actions.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and document complex technical changes in a controlled manner.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT services.

Requirements

• Experience in ICT System Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of virtualization platforms, Windows, Linux, Network, and Storage.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• English: B2 level required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.
