Salary: $130K – $160K + Equity

What you will do

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative direction in partnership with growth teams.
• Develop high-converting hooks, angles, and creative frameworks.
• Edit video assets directly to ensure premium visual quality and pacing.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate scripting, ideation, and asset generation.
• Manage and provide creative direction to external agency and production partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally within a DTC or app-based company.
• Proven track record of directing high-performing ads for paid social and CTV.
• Fluency in video editing tools with the ability to iterate quickly.
• Active experience with AI tools for production and creative expansion.
• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in both performance media agencies and brand/design agencies.
