What you will do
- Own the end-to-end P&L for the UK Social Commerce business, including TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE.
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for social commerce to accelerate revenue and brand engagement.
- Build and scale a high-performing social commerce organization with robust operating models and processes.
- Lead the development of live shopping programming, creator partnerships, and affiliate marketing frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated customer journeys.
- Establish scalable reporting, analytics, and financial models to optimize commercial performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
- Proven leadership experience in ecommerce, social commerce, or omnichannel retail.
- Demonstrated success owning a multimillion-pound P&L with responsibility for revenue and profitability.
- Experience building and scaling TikTok LIVE Commerce or similar livestream shopping businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial planning, forecasting, and investment modeling.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
