What you will do

• Build and maintain senior-level strategic partnerships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Drive best-in-class paid social strategy, championing innovation and testing frameworks to deliver competitive advantage.
• Own commercial performance of assigned accounts, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Directors and paid social specialists.
• Ensure operational excellence and governance standards are consistently adopted across account portfolios.
• Support agency growth through new business pitches and organic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in paid social media with a proven track record of leading large-scale client relationships.
• Significant agency experience managing complex accounts and multiple stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, measurement frameworks, and digital marketing trends.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in financial management and contract negotiations.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver strategic business outcomes.
