QA Engineer

Location: Hybrid, with 1–2 days per week in Eashing, Surrey, and occasional days at the London office. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product and development teams during design and refinement to identify risks, edge cases, and testability concerns.
• Create and execute comprehensive manual test cases and detailed test plans across product functionality.
• Design, execute, maintain, and improve automated tests.
• Investigate test results, perform root-cause analysis, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Support issue triage and answer testing-related questions from internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and testing practices.

Requirements

• Experience testing web applications using a broad range of testing types and techniques.
• Professional test automation experience, including Playwright, ideally with C#.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, mobile automation with Appium, and non-functional testing.
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps or VSTS, Azure or similar cloud services, and cloud-based device platforms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
• Experience working in Agile environments with continuous delivery practices and an ISEB or ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
