What you will do

• Complete structured training in insurance fundamentals with experienced senior employees.
• Support underwriters with administrative, legal, data management, and back-office operations.
• Learn to assess, rate, quote, and underwrite client risks across energy, marine, professional and financial risks, and trade credit and political risk.
• Build relationships with brokers and clients through meetings, lunches, and industry events.
• Collaborate with finance, actuarial, compliance, claims, regulatory, and legal teams to solve complex business problems.
• Use multiple systems, including Microsoft Excel, and study toward a Singapore College of Insurance qualification.

Requirements

• At least 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or 4.0 GPA on a 5.0 scale, achieved or expected.
• Ability to start work on or before 4 August 2025.
• Proactive, committed, innovative, and motivated to make a meaningful difference.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
