What you will do

• Complete structured training with senior employees to learn insurance fundamentals.
• Support underwriting through back-office operations, including administrative tasks, legal and data management.
• Learn and apply insurance terms and acronyms used across the sector.
• Assess, rate, quote, and underwrite client risk as part of the programme.
• Collaborate with departments such as finance, actuarial, and compliance to complete challenging tasks.
• Perform data entry using systems including Microsoft Excel and study toward a Singapore College of Insurance qualification.

Requirements

• Start work on or before 4th August 2025.
• Maintain or be on track for at least a 3.0 GPA (over 4.0 scale) or 4.0 GPA (over 5.0 scale).
