Credit Development Officer (Fintech)

hirify.global is a wealth management bank whose Asia Credit Risk Management function independently oversees credit transactions against the bank’s risk appetite.

What you will do

• Represent Credit Risk Management Asia in cross-functional meetings with Front Office, Markets, and supporting functions.
• Align credit product offerings and processes with credit strategies and policies.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and manage initiatives through timely completion.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, senior management, and committees.
• Organize Credit Risk training for Front Office employees covering relevant topics and systems.
• Support adherence to the bank’s risk philosophy, culture, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• University degree with a financial focus or a similar qualification.
• General understanding of credit principles, risk management, and banking regulations.
• General knowledge of global financial markets and current legal, tax, and reputational issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Sound judgment, initiative, ability to work under pressure, and ability to build effective relationships across Credit, Front Office, and other divisions.
