What you will do

• Support the full front-to-back operational lifecycle for equity derivative activity across Asia.
• Partner with clients, trading desks, brokers, Sales, Structuring, and internal teams on trade execution and business enablement.
• Review trade flows and ensure positions are booked and maintained correctly in risk systems.
• Provide oversight across trading surveillance, new issuances, client service, corporate actions, and infrastructure projects.
• Identify process-efficiency and scalability opportunities and propose robust solutions to operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a middle office function.
• Understanding of equity derivative products and cash securities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Experience developing relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills and commercial awareness.
