What you will do

• Provide detailed technical and specification support to architects, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise on product and system solutions aligned with project design intent, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Produce and manage project-specific technical specifications and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Manage and develop a pipeline of architectural and contractor-led projects across the assigned region.
• Deliver CPD presentations and design workshops to architectural and contractor clients.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to ensure effective project handover and conversion from specification to order.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of architectural systems, building products, and construction detailing.
• Proven track record of managing architectural specifications from early design to delivery stages.
• Demonstrable experience creating bespoke engineered solutions for specific construction projects.
• Up-to-date understanding of building regulations and standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Proficiency in construction design software and Microsoft Office packages.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work and relevant industry standards.
