What you will do

• Execute paid search activity, including media planning, billing, and performance optimization.
• Deliver structured experimentations, reporting, and analysis to drive growth and efficiency.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and adherence to the 'Wavemaker Way'.
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with the Global Hub for diagnostics and governance.
• Implement and optimize campaigns using 1st and 3rd party tools such as SA360 and Unlock.
• Analyze data patterns to identify actionable insights and resolve anomalies before they impact performance.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Paid Search with current Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
• Proficiency with bid management and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GMP, SA360, Adobe).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Data Studio or similar reporting tools.
• Must be based in the UK and possess the right to work in the UK.
• Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset and immaculate attention to detail.
