What you will do

• Design and build production-grade data products using dbt and Redshift.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate complex regulatory and financial processes into robust data models.
• Develop self-service datasets and Metabase dashboards for independent use by Finance teams.
• Validate and reconcile critical financial outputs, including servicer reports and amortization tables.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to resolve data quality issues at the source.
• Present findings and data products directly to Finance leadership to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Practical experience with dbt (modeling, testing, documentation).
• Experience building dashboards with Metabase or equivalent BI platforms.
• Ability to translate complex financial processes into reliable data logic.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, or BNPL environments.
• Knowledge of provisioning, amortization, EIR, or IFRS 9.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis or automation.
• Experience with data governance tools like OpenMetadata or orchestration tools like Airflow.
