Location: Remote. Must be based in Canada, the US, the UK or the EU (per requirements), though hiring is also open to several Latin American and European countries.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end data management, from production-grade pipelines and dbt models to dashboards and metric frameworks.
• Define north star metrics and analytical frameworks to drive high-level business decisions for the Pro product team.
• Lead product experimentation by designing A/B testing frameworks and applying causal inference techniques.
• Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure and full-funnel reporting for cross-functional teams.
• Embed AI tooling, including LLM-augmented pipelines and GenAI-assisted workflows, into analytics processes.
• Deliver data-driven storytelling and insights to senior leadership and technical audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering, ideally within fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Must be based in Canada, the US, the UK or the EU.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Professional background in financial markets, trading desks, or experience as a professional trader.
• Full mastery of SQL (complex joins, CTEs) and strong Python proficiency for pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Airflow or equivalent orchestration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-augmented analytics pipelines or AI-assisted workflows in a production environment.
