What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of DB and DC investment strategies.
• Monitor investment performance, risk, and portfolio positioning across asset classes.
• Prepare high-level papers and presentations for trustee boards and investment committees.
• Engage with external investment managers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to ESG integration and stewardship activities within portfolios.
• Support investment-related projects and wider business initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pensions investments, investment consulting, or asset management.
• Strong working knowledge of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes.
• Proven ability to analyze investment strategies, performance, and manager structures.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to non-specialist audiences.
• Must be based in a regional hub (Edinburgh, Bristol, or Leeds) with ability to travel to London.
