What you will do

• Produce high-quality, investment-ready sustainability research at the company, sector, and thematic levels.
• Identify investment risks and opportunities arising from long-term structural sustainability trends.
• Build and maintain detailed company coverage using alternative datasets to strengthen research.
• Contribute to investment theses, including financial models and valuation methodologies.
• Develop thought leadership content, such as white papers, articles, and presentations.
• Engage with external experts and companies to deepen understanding of business models and sustainability issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a research analyst with strong financial acumen and understanding of capital markets.
• Deep knowledge of climate and sustainability issues relevant to the materials and industrials sectors.
• Degree in engineering, science, finance, or economics with strong analytical skills.
• CFA, CFA ESG, or IMC qualification, or currently studying towards one of these.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing senior-level reports.
