What you will do

• Manage inventory levels across the network to ensure service levels and prevent shortages or excess.
• Identify and mitigate risks and disruptions caused by demand variability, supply constraints, or logistics challenges.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to align network activities.
• Own and execute network planning processes including inventory balancing and backorder management.
• Analyze data to generate insights on network performance and provide regular updates on risks and opportunities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize network performance and product flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, master scheduling, or network planning.
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools including Excel and Power BI.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Required to be in office 3 days per week at the Lewisville headquarters.
