What you will do

• Manage end-to-end air export and import shipments from booking through to final delivery.
• Coordinate daily with airlines, trucking partners, terminals, and internal teams.
• Create and maintain shipment files, including MAWBs, HAWBs, AMS filings, and EDI transmissions.
• Handle prompt and accurate billing, including client invoicing and subcontractor review.
• Deliver first-class customer service, resolving requests and claims via email and phone.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely milestone updates across systems to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in air operations or a related freight forwarding/logistics role.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and tech-savvy with a curiosity for new platforms.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on professional and solution-oriented communication.
