What you will do

• Handle end-to-end air and sea freight operations for both export and import shipments.
• Lead air freight coordination, including bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate closely with shippers and consignees to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare and verify critical shipping documentation such as AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, and COO.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure strict compliance with customs, airline, and port regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in air and sea freight operations.
• Proficiency in preparing and verifying international shipping documentation.
• Strong knowledge of customs, airline, and port regulations.
• Ability to manage communication between multiple stakeholders including carriers and clients.
