What you will do

• Build effective relationships with external customers and internal operational groups.
• Lead engagement with customer suppliers to ensure minimal disruption to export cargo flow.
• Facilitate weekly virtual meetings with customers and vendors including ocean carriers and dray providers.
• Perform business and process analysis to provide actionable observations and recommendations.
• Lead implementation and follow-up for new site or business unit onboarding.
• Ensure import and export regulatory compliance in collaboration with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or export operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with vendors and customers.
• Ability to lead projects and facilitate meetings effectively.
