What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product strategy and roadmap for the Selection Circularity pillar across EU marketplaces.
• Lead the development of platforms for warranty, out-of-warranty repair, and product insurance.
• Collaborate with software development engineers and applied scientists to build the post-purchase experience.
• Translate evolving EU regulatory requirements, such as the Right to Repair and Digital Product Passport, into product features.
• Drive trade-offs between engineering, legal, business stakeholders, and external OEM or brand partners.
• Author working backwards documents (PR/FAQs) and define success metrics to benchmark product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
• Strong track record of end-to-end product delivery and managing feature trade-offs.
• Experience advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level planning.
• Ability to contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
• Experience building and driving the adoption of new internal or external tools.
