What you will do

• Translate business priorities into clear technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to define and deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning through to testing, release, and post-launch iteration.
• Establish and maintain intake and triage rhythms for enhancement requests and operational gaps to support leadership decisions.
• Oversee product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials for stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude to accelerate communication, data analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 2+ years of Technical Product Management or technical project leadership experience at a software company.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, and automation.
• Ability to read and interpret API requirements, including REST concepts, authentication patterns, and webhooks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into precise technical documentation and drive work to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, ecommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products.
• Prior experience with the hirify.global for Brands (ChannelAdvisor) platform.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Notion, and basic data analysis tools.
• An intrapreneurial or founder mindset.
