What you will do

• Design and deliver online and offline onboarding and business knowledge training sessions.
• Create learning content (decks, handbooks, e-learning) using AI and multimedia design tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content adheres to adult learning principles and company standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and analysis of assessment results.
• Track participation and maintain accurate records of training hours and outcomes.
• Support L&D projects and business improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in L&D, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or presenter in both online and offline formats.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools for content development.
• Practical experience or strong interest in financial markets, CFD, forex trading, or financial literacy.
• Experience with LMS tools such as LearnUpon, Degreed, or Articulate Storyline.
