What you will do

• Identify and partner with top-tier suppliers across IT, Marketing, and Project categories.
• Negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with Legal to finalize robust contracts.
• Execute efficient end-to-end tender processes.
• Manage contract renewals and re-letting cycles.
• Analyze operational expenses to drive cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Support sustainable initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of procurement experience with a strong background in hospitality.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex contract templates and agreements.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools such as Claude.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost-consciousness and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch, Spanish, or Italian.
