What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, networking sites, and internal referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from reviewing ATS applications to conducting phone interviews.
• Coach candidates through the interview process and maintain timely communication on application status.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptances.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and efforts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary, Romania, or the UK.
• Turkish language proficiency is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Management is strongly preferred.
