What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Southern Europe and other EMEA markets as priorities evolve.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
• Manage the recruitment process to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to local labor regulations and Talent Acquisition best practices.
• Leverage recruitment analytics to monitor performance and drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in multinational or matrixed environments.
• Professional fluency in Italian and English.
• Deep knowledge of the Italian talent market.
• Experience or ability to quickly develop expertise in Spanish, Portuguese, and Greek markets.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
